First, you must download "Teamspeak" in order to connect and listen.

Connection Instructions:
After you have downloaded and installed Teamspeak, follow these instructions to connect and listen:
Open up Teamspeak

Next, with your right mouse button, richt click "Servers" and a dropdown box will open. Now, with your left mouse button, select "Add Server".


Name the server IBN and then click the Enter key on your keyboard.
Next, highlight the new server "IBN". You will now see a series of fields on the right side of the window that need to be filled out.
Label: IBN
Server Address: incidentbroadcast.com:8768
Nickname: ___________ (whatever you choose)

Make sure you choose a nickname, and that · Anonymous has been checked. I also suggest that you check "Auto Reconnect".
In the event you get disconnected from the server, Auto Connect will attempt to reestablish a connection for you.



Now, click connect.
Once you are connected, at the top of the window click on "Self" then select "Register with server".



Enter your desired Login Name you would like to use, followed by the password you would like to use, then click register.



Next, you should see a message on the bottom of the screen stating your registration was successful.




Now, on the top of the program, go to "Connection" and select "Connect". Highlight the "IBN" connection and on the right
side of the screen, check "Registered".
Now, for Login Name put in the login name you just registered with on the previous step, followed by the passwork you chose.




Click "Connect" on the bottom of the screen and you should be registered.
