A man ran from the scene of an accident this evening near I-70 & I-470. We were able to capture part of this incident on the KC Scout cameras. Members posting in our Facebook group have indicated a person suspected of driving under the influence took off running across the interstate after getting into an accident with another vehicle. One member of our Facebook group states their family member witnessed the incident and he tackled the subject. He was taken into custody.
