Kyle J. Summers, a 32 year old white male, has an active warrant for his arrest out of Jackson County, MO for Unlawful Use of a Weapon and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. Summers knows about the warrant, is actively evading arrest and is considered an armed and dangerous fugitive.
He is believed to be driving a silver 2001 Toyota Avalon with MO license plate FN8-V2T with a broken windshield and stickers on the back.
