Independence Missouri Police updated their social media post stating
Kyle J. Summers was taken into custody this evening.
According to Missouri CaseNet, a warrant was issued on February 1, 2019 for the charges of unlawful use of a weapon – shoot at/from motor vehicle, at person, motor vehicle, building and;
unlawful possession of a firearm.
