Independence Police are investigating a shooting that occurred in the 2200 block of S. Sterling Ave at around 8:40 P.M. this evening (7/20/20).
An adult male who had been shot was located by officers in the driveway of a residence. He was transported to an area hospital in serious but stable condition. No one is in custody at the time of this release.
