An Endangered Silver Advisory Alert has been issued for William O. Jackson Jr., an 86 year old Independence man with dementia.William is a white male, 5’5”, 145 lbs with grey hair, brown eyes and walks with a cane. He left his residence on foot in the 100 block of S. Willis Avenue in Independence, MO at around 9:00 PM this evening (11/8/20). William was wearing a black Chiefs hat, a black and grey flannel shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
