An Endangered Silver Advisory Alert has been issued for Jimmy Lee Brown, a 73 year old Independence man with dementia. Jimmy is a white male, 6’0″, 180 lbs with grey hair and blue eyes. His last know location was the 1600 block of S. Kings Highway in Independence, MO at around 3:00 AM this morning (11/10/20). Jimmy was wearing multi-colored plaid flannel shirt, blue jeans and a blue coat.
