Police are trying to find 14-year-old Emma M. Looker, 5’5″, 125 lbs with long brown curly hair. She was last seen by family on Wednesday (12/2/20) in Independence, MO. Emma is believed to be in the company of a male subject and has possibly been seen at motels on 40 Hwy in Independence, MO and Armour Rd in KCMO.
