The Independence Police Department Traffic Unit speed trailer was stolen from where it had been placed at 43rd St and Delaware Ave. Video from the area shows the pictured white work truck with the speed trailer leaving the area. The truck is being driven by a white male in a red shirt. The speed trailer was recovered on 12-30-2020 in the 4400 block of S River Blvd. The trailer was damaged and the battery supply was stolen.
