The IPD Criminal Investigations Unit is looking for a person of interest in a shooting that occurred on Tuesday (2/2/21) at around 9:00 PM, in the area of E. Truman Rd and N. Frandsen Rd. The incident occurred when an adult male subject was shot several times and transported to an area hospital. He is still hospitalized at this time. Police are wanting to speak with the pictured subject, Patrick M. Howard Jr., a 23 year old male. He is 5’8”, 135 lbs and lives in south Kansas City, MO.
