Police Asking for Help Identifying Felony Theft Suspect

IPD detectives are asking for help from the public to identify a felony theft suspect of surveying camera equipment in the area of 23rd street and Lee’s Summit road that occurred last month. The subject is described as a white male, wearing a blue KC Royals cap, a black coat, blue jeans and white sneakers. The subject was seen walking away southbound on foot from the area with the equipment.
