Independence police are still searching for Tony Wilson who was last seen on May 8th walking westbound on 24 Highway at Northern Boulevard. Officers searched the area by foot, with a K-9 and using their drone with no success.
Surveillance video from the area shows she was wearing light blue jeans, a light blue or grey zipper hooded sweatshirt and a mask. Tony is a white female, 5’2”, 117 lbs with blonde hair and brown eyes. She wears glasses and was initially last seen wearing a white t-shirt and brown pants. Initial information from the Silver Alert issued stated she was seen around 2:30 AM on May 8, 2021. She walked away from an adult group/care facility located in the 1800 block of S. Sterling Avenue in Independence, MO in an unknown direction. Anyone who sees Tony is asked to call 911 or the Independence Police Department at (816) 836-3600.
