Independence Police Attempting to Locate Subject

Independence police are attempting to locate a person in this photo.

The individual was driving a 1990’s blue and silver Chevrolet Silverado. The vehicle was observed stopped at several hotels in Independence when officers attempted to conduct a traffic stop and the subject fled.
