UPDATE: THE CHILD WAS LOCATED SAFE
Police are attempting to find missing Raylanna J. Shepherd. She is a mixed race female born in 2017 (4.5 years old). She was last seen in the 900 Block of South Logan wearing polka dot pajamas with black and white Nike shoes. Her hair is parted in the middle with a bun on each side. According to police she was in a White Buick LeSabre bearing Texas temp tag 35847R1. If you see Raylanna or the vehicle in question call 911 or IPD directly.
