Independence police have identified the man shot last night in the 4200 block of S. Noland road.
David J. Rowe, a 32 year old Olathe resident, was shot by an unknown suspect around 11:00 P.M. at the Mini-Mart gas station. On a previous social media post, police released still images from cameras but removed them for investigative purposes.
The suspect is described as a black male, 5’7″, 165 lbs, with short hair, wearing a tan color hooded jacket. Anyone with information regarding this case is urged to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-TIPS(8477) reference IPD Case #22-19884.
