Intermittent Phone and Web Outages Impacts City Facilities

The City of Independence is experiencing intermittent phone and web outages throughout City facilities. This includes non-emergency Independence Police Department numbers. If you are unable to get through, try again later. In the event of an emergency you should call 9-1-1. You can also submit concerns via the City of Independence “IndepNow” App or Action Center at indep.us/actioncenter. City staff is working diligently to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
